Order Processing

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We ship throughout the UK. At this time, international orders are currently halted. We aim to correct this shortly.

On average, all our orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, although this is not guaranteed. We aim for same-day dispatch on orders made before 3 pm (UK time), although this is not guaranteed. Orders created after 3 pm (UK time) are normally dispatched the next day.

All our orders are tracked and we will provide you with tracking information in our shipping confirmation email. We current offer the below shipping methods:

UK Shipping

Standard (2-3 business days)

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service. This has an average delivery schedule of 2-3 business days from dispatch.

Please note, when delivery times are given, these are unguaranteed estimates. The vast majority of orders arrive within the given timeframe. For reasons out of our control, sometimes there may be shipping delays. We aim to dispatch orders as fast as we can. From this point, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. 

Please note, we do not ship to BFPO addresses.  We momentarily do not ship to the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, or Gibraltar. We hope to rectify this shortly.
