At this time, we only sell factory new items directly from labels' distributors. We do not buy or sell any pre-loved music anymore.

We ship from our UK warehouse. We ship to the UK and select European destinations. The full list of available shipping locations can be found at checkout. Shipping options are presented and calculated at checkout.

On average, all our orders containing available items are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. We aim for same-day dispatch on orders made before 3 pm (UK time), although this is not guaranteed. Orders created after 3 pm (UK time) are normally dispatched the next day.

All our products have the UPC in the product description. This can be used to conduct further research. You can also happily get in touch and we will answer your questions as soon as we can.

You can return unwanted items if they are in the same condition when received and in original packaging. See our refund policy for more information.

Contact us immediately if an item(s) is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask our customers to inform us of any potential issues within 5 days of receiving an order.

For UK orders, if a package goes 10 working days from dispatch without being tracked as delivered, please get in contact with us. We can then put in an inquiry with Royal Mail and go from there.

For Non-UK orders, there may be extended delivery times due to customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a certain delivery timeframe for non-UK orders.

At this time, we do not have a gift wrapping or receipt option. All orders come with an order slip included as standard. This includes the item(s) contained. This does not however show the price paid. This slip cannot be removed from any order.

Preorders are shipped as soon as we receive our allocation. This is normally on the day of release but delays may occur. Please allow for up to 4 working days from the release date for your item to be dispatched.

Please note, release dates can change. An updated release date can be found at the item listing. Preorders are sent separately from available items at no extra cost.
