Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to make a return. Any return after this period may not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
All sales are final. Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be stopped from dispatch. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make sure all details are correct at checkout, and no mistakes are present.
If an order/item is unwanted, you are free to contact us regarding a return.
Unwanted Item Return
To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Returns may not be accepted if the factory seal and/or wrapping is broken.
To start a return, you can contact us at eucontact@towerrecords.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address listed on the packaging slip. Returns for unwanted items can be sent without contacting us first. We will notify you once we receive and process your return.
Please note, the cost and responsibility of returning an unwanted item(s) is for the customer. We do not provide free returns for unwanted items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask our customers to inform us of any potential issues within the return period. Please reference your order number and the item(s) in question when contacting us. Please also include evidence of any damage/fault. This will speed up the process.
Most common issues
- Scratches or scuffs that cause your needle to skip
- Excessive noise, whooshes, or pops
- Significant warpage
- Locked grooves that prevent the needle from advancing beyond a certain point
- Cracked Vinyl or broken cassettes
- Seam splits (on the jackets or internal sleeves)
- Dinged or bent corners
- Miscellaneous print defects and other imperfections
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be notified via email and refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund into your account.
